HID Off-Road Lighting

Rugged Ridge® has mated the brilliance of High Intensity Discharge bulbs with the rugged construction of there traditional halogen off road lights. The result is more efficient and powerful beam better capable of illuminating the night sky. HID lights are 2½ times more powerful than halogen lights and draw 60% less current than a standard 100W fog light. Our 6” and 5” HID Lights are constructed with heavy duty stamped steel housings, and are available in corrosion resistant black or stainless steel finish. Our most popular HID lights are the 5” and 7” constructed of rugged composite black plastic, which offer the same high performance with a rugged off road look and durability. Rugged Ridge lights feature waterproof connections, internal ballast, and a reinforced multi-directional mounting base. The lights are available individually or in kits containing a pre-terminated wiring harness, relay, impact resistant stone guards and illuminated dash switch. The average life of an HID bulb is 2000 hours, compared to 500-1000 hours for a typical halogen unit. |

Designed, engineered, and tested to stand up to the rigors of off road use, Rugged Ridge® lights are constructed with heavy-duty stamped steel housings, and crystal glass lenses set in shock absorbent weatherproof rubber gaskets. The brilliant 12V 100 watt halogen bulbs slice through fog, rain or snow to help illuminate the road even under the toughest conditions. Available in Round, Rectangular and Slim housings in either a black or stainless steel finish to best suit your application. Slim lights feature a narrow profile just 2 13/16” thick! This sleek design allows them to be mounted in places most lights won’t fit. They are perfect for windshield and grille mount light systems. The lights are available individually or in kits containing a pre-terminated wiring harness, relay, impact resistant stone guards (white stone guards with stainless, black with black) and illuminated dash switch. |
